Man­ning com­pleted 25-of-35 for 396 yards through the air, as he found Hakeem Nicks on a pair of scor­ing strikes. He threw three inter­cep­tions, includ­ing one in the fourth to Keith Brook­ing to assist New York in mak­ing a late come­back attempt.

Jon Kitna, back-up quar­ter­back, helped Dal­las to bounce back from a 38–20 deficit and come within six points, as he con­nected on a pair of touch­down passes in the fourth.

New York reg­is­tered its fourth win in a row, as the Giants (5–2) recov­ered the ensu­ing onside kick off attempt. Nicks got nine catches for 108 yards, while Steve Smith had nine recep­tions for 101 yards and a score for the Giants. Ahmad Brad­shaw stacked 126 yards rush­ing on 24 car­ries and the win.

Tak­ing over for start­ing signal-caller Tony Romo, who broke his left col­lar­bone in the sec­ond quar­ter, Kitna fin­ished 16-of-33 passes for 187 yards for Dal­loas (1–5).
