Lakers Outshine the Suns
Kobe Bryant’s 26 points led the Lakers to the NBA’s best record at 16–3. Betting action has the Lakers as 2 to 1 favorites to win the NBA Championship at LinesMaker and they proved that they are a serious threat beating the Suns 108 –88 on Sunday night. The defending NBA champions have a nine-game winning streak but their home-heavy early-season schedule was certainly a factor. Their last winning streak was seven straight.
The defeated Suns now have 14 road games under their belt compared to the Lakers 15 played at home. However, it’s the first quarter of the season and 40% of the Lakers home games will be completed by Friday. So it will be interesting to watch how they perform on the road.
