Philip Rivers threw for 185 yards while Mike Tol­bert went for 103 yards and scored a touch­down with 26 car­ried for the Chargers.

Man­ning fin­ished 31-of-48 passed for 285 yards and two touch­downs for Indi­anapo­lis (6–5), who faced defeat for a sec­ond con­sec­u­tive week.
