If you have deposited with a credit card, the address you have on file with us and the address with the issuing bank must match exactly. Please ensure that the address with your bank is up to date. Although there are legitimate reasons for addresses not matching, a mismatch can cause delays while we verify the card is authorized for use.
Wire Information
Incorrect or incomplete wire information will cause delays. Double check your information before sending to us. Our bank will not process a wire with incomplete information. If a wire goes out with the wrong information the delay to trace the wire and recover the funds can be lengthy.
Keeping Info Up to Date
Make sure that your information on file with us is current. Checks mailed to the wrong address will cause delays while we issue a stop payment and ensure the check has not been cashed.
