Danica Patrick NASCAR Schedule

Indy Car star Dan­ica Patrick will com­pete in at least 12 NASCAR races this sea­son. JR Motor­sports announced her sched­ule but she could be mak­ing her debut in the Nation­wide Series opener at Day­tona Inter­na­tional Speed­way on Feb. 13.

The JR Motor­sports team deci­sion will be made after Patrick makes her stock car debut in the Feb. 6 ARCA race at Day­tona. If all goes well for her, she could race the fol­low­ing week in NASCAR’s second-tier series. It will be a tough start for Patrick as over a dozen Sprint Cup reg­u­lars, includ­ing team owner Dale Earn­hardt Jr., take part in this race. Eran­hardt has bet­ting odds at Lines­Maker of +3000 to win the Sprint Cup If she doesn’t make it, her debut will be the fol­low­ing week in Daytona.

For now her sched­ule is: Las Vegas (Feb. 20) and then a four-month gap to focus on the Indy­Car Series. She will be return­ing to NASCAR at New Hamp­shire (June 26) and then onto Chicago (July 9), Michi­gan (Aug. 14), Dover, Del. (Sept. 25), Fontana (Oct. 9), Char­lotte (Oct. 15), Madi­son, Ill. (Oct. 23), Texas (Nov. 6), Phoenix (Nov. 13), and Home­stead, Fla. (Nov. 20).
