The No. 13 Ari­zona Wild­cats ral­lied over the Wash­ing­ton State Cougars, 79–70, on Thurs­day, thanks to Der­rick Williams who helped the Wild­cats to lead early in the sec­ond half.

Hav­ing an eight point lead at half­time, Ari­zona (22–4, 11–2 Pac-10) pre­vented Wash­ing­ton State from scor­ing for 3:30 min­utes into the sec­ond period and made a 15-point cushion.
