New Jersey Overwhelms NBA Betting Favorite Denver
The New Jersey Nets registered a 115–99 win over the Denver Nuggets on Monday, courtesy of Brook Lopez and Travis Outlaw who scored 27 and 21 points apiece.
With around 80% of the NBA betting action on their side, the Denver Nuggets were the clear favorites to win against New Jersey among LinesMaker bettors. Devin Harris scored a career-high 18 assists for the Nets, while six players scored a minimum of nine points. Anthony Morrow chipped in 18 points, including 4-of-4 3-pointers for New Jersey, who has won five out of six games played at home.
Denver superstar forward Carmelo Anthony scored 37 points with nine rebounds, in his first appearance in Newark after his trading negotiations with the Nets failed. Chauncey Billups added 19 points for the Nuggets, who lost for the second time in a row on the road.
