Van­quish­ing the rise of Phoenix, Corey Perry tipped-in to snap the tie at 14:23 for Ana­heim. Hav­ing six points for the Ducks this sea­son, cen­ter Ryan Get­zlaf recorded two assists in the game.

Ana­heim, who entered the game with one win, improved to 2–3-1 after this win while Phoenix dropped to 1–2-1.
