Vandals Edge Falcons in Humanitarian Bowl
The fans were amazed last night when Max Komar made a sliding 16-yard touchdown catch with just 4 seconds left. Nathan Enderle then passed to Preston Davis for the 2-point conversion, lifting the Vandals to victory in the Humanitarian Bowl in Boise, Idaho.
The Falcons had taken a 42–35 lead with 32 seconds left on a 51-yard pass from Sheehan to Barnes. But Idaho answered with a 50-yard heave from Enderle to Davis that got the ball to the Bowling Green 16. After an incompletion with 8 seconds left, Enderle found Komar. The public consensus was fairly even according to LinesMaker members who had a slight edge on Bowling Green based on the total betting volume.
