Sportsbook Bonuses: Bonus Information and Sportsbook Policies
This page is to help explain the different types of bonuses for members, how they are processed, common questions and our policies.

What is my CID Number?
Your CID number is an ID we use to improve service response. Quote this number when contacting us for the fastest replies. It is the number below your name on the betting ticket when you login.
Instant Cash Bonuses
Unless otherwise stated all cash deposit bonuses are credited instantly to your account at the time of the transaction.
Manual Bonuses
Manual bonuses are processed daily, submitted to accounting and will post in the next batch. A batch is run each morning.
Why must I sometimes submit a form to get my Bonus?
Our software cannot tell who is eligible for certain types of bonuses and who is not. We must credit the bonus manually.
How long does it take to process bonus codes?
Bonus Codes are processed within one day. If you have already waited one day, please email Player Comps.
How do cash back on losses work?
We reward our loyal customers with a cash back deposit bonus for your net sportsbook and casino losses. The bonus for sports is calculated at the start of the month and the casino bonus is done on the 16th for the previous month.
The bonus is calculated on all real money losses (depositing players only) in the sportsbook or casino as is applicable. A bonus code is emailed to you and is valid for 30 days.
Periodic Special Offers
We run promos for extra cash on re-deposits, free bets, contests and other comps. If the offer has a Bonus Code, you can login and click ‘Collect Bonus‘ to redeem it.
Is there a minimum deposit for the Initial Cash Bonus?
There is no minimum deposit although our credit card processor has a minimum deposit of $20. You can use other deposit methods if you prefer.
Is there a maximum Deposit Bonus?
Yes, deposit bonuses are capped at $200 for preferred and gold members and $400 for platinum and elite members on any deposit.
When do I get the Thursday Bonus?
You get the the cash bonus instantly when you deposit online. If you have deposited on Thursday and not got the bonus, email our Comps Department so we can add it for you.
Is there a time restriction before I can withdraw my funds?
No.
What are the wagering requirements for bonuses?
Our general wagering requirement is thirty times the bonus in the sportsbook and 100 times the bonus in the casino. For example, if a player deposited $500 and received a $50 bonus, he would need to make $1500 in total sports wagers or $5000 in casino wagers before he could withdraw any of the extra $50 in bonus money.
The wagering requirement is 200 times the bonus when playing Blackjack.
Wagering in Poker, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, and Pai Gow games does not count towards meeting bonus rollover requirements.
Obviously there is no wagering requirement on your deposit.
Bonus Policy & Rules
We have a generous bonus program and a zero tolerance policy for bonus abuse.
Any attempt to manipulate our bonuses with multiple accounts, systematic withdrawals and deposits, beard accounts, syndicates, joint wagering or any other method, as determined by LinesMaker management, will result in an immediate forfeiture of your account.
Your account will be closed and your deposit refunded less applicable fees.
General cash bonuses/prizes require a thirty times rollover in the sportsbook and 100 times rollover in the casino. For example, if a player received a $50 bonus, he would need to make $1500 in total sports wagers or $5000 in casino wagers before he could withdraw the bonus/prize.
Other bonuses may have specific requirements as listed in the individual offer.
Unless otherwise stated, the betting requirement for cash contest prizes will be the same as our general cash bonus rollover before they may be withdrawn.

Bonuses are not cumulative.
One bonus offer per household may be redeemed.
Only active accounts are eligible for bonuses.
Referral bonuses must be claimed within 60 days of joining.
Bonuses are exclusively for recreational players.
Management reserves the right to decline and/or reclaim any bonus to customers determined to be non-recreational including, but not limited to professional gamblers, scalpers and bonus players.
All accounts are subject to review before any winnings are paid. Members residing in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Israel, Poland, China, Australia, and ANY account deemed to be abusing bonuses in ANY way are not eligible for bonuses.
We do not accept accounts from any country not listed on the join page.
