This Saturday night the Sprint Cup stars take to the night. The 2012 Samsung Mobile 500 at Texas Motor Speedway will roll off for the first scheduled night race of the season. (The Daytona 500 was a bonus night race because of the weather)
Personally I’m a big fan of night racing. It’s much easier for the fans as it’s typically cooler and leaves more options in case of a rain delay. It’s also better for NASCAR as the primetime audience tends to bring in more viewers.
