Florida Gators: The CFB Betting Favorites
The 2009/2010 Bowl Championship Series is underway and the first rankings show the Florida Gators at the top of the initial standings along side them are Texas Longhorns and Alabama Crimson Tide.
Linesmaker has the Florida Gators at +120 favorites to win the BCS championship and rightly so. The Gator’s last game lost was a year ago and since then they haven’t looked back, their defense ranks second in the country and they give up only 8.7 points per game.
Offensive coordinator Steve Addazio has created a no huddle but run heavy offense, known as “the Banzai” package which makes their play fast and physical and a force to be reckoned with. Their standing reflects that they are legitimate contenders for the championship.
