LoLo Jones
Bio:
Lori “Lolo” Jones was born August 5, 1982 and is an American track and field athlete who specialises in the 60 and 100 meter hurdles. She has won three NCAA titles and garnered 11 All-American honours while at LSU. In 2007, 2008 and 2009, she won indoor national titles in the 60 m hurdles, and won her first World Indoor Championship in 2008 in the same event.
She was favoured to win the 100 m hurdles at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, but she tripped on the penultimate hurdle and finished in seventh place. She went on to win silver at the 2008 World Athletics Final. After Gail Devers, her 60 m hurdles best is the second fastest American time.
