If you had paid attention to sports in any way during 2010, this pick should come as no surprise. Born on October.18, 1984, elite skier Lindsey Vonn was the veritable face of the US Winter Olympic team in Vancouver. Despite the fact she had a bruised shin and was at some points doubting her ability to compete at all, she won both a bronze medal in the Super G and a gold medal in the Downhill.
