Jacqueline Carvalho
Bio:
Jaqueline Carvalho was born December 31, 1983 in Recife. A volleyball player from Brazil, she made her debut for the Brazilian National Team against Portugal. She won gold at the FIVB World Grand Prix in 2005 and 2006 and a silver medal at the 2006 World Championship. She competed in the 2008 Olympic Summer games in Beijing where she took home gold.
She was also named Best Receiver at the 2006 World Championship in Japan, where Brazil claimed the silver medal after a loss in the final against Russia.
